Lions Club of Mukono Host Continues Global Service Journey at International Convention in Hong Kong
Following the strong participation of the Lions Club of Mukono Host at the Multiple District Convention in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, club members continued their international Lions journey by participating in the Lions International Convention held in Hong Kong from 3rd to 7th July 2026.
The convention brought together Lions from around the world for a celebration of service, leadership, fellowship, and international cooperation. Members of the Lions Club of Mukono Host took part in various convention activities, including voting for international Lions leaders, leadership training sessions, educational programmes, fellowship, and other activities designed to strengthen Lions service and leadership.
The participation of the club members in both the Multiple District Convention in Dar es Salaam and the International Convention in Hong Kong demonstrated the growing commitment of the Lions Club of Mukono Host to leadership development, global fellowship, and the Lions mission of serving communities.
The Hong Kong convention provided members with an opportunity to connect with Lions from different countries, share experiences, learn from global service initiatives, and gain new ideas to strengthen community service projects back home.
