Lions Club of Mukono Host Shines at the Multiple District Convention in Dar es Salaam
From 24th to 30th April 2026, the Lions Club of Mukono Host was proudly represented in large numbers at the Multiple District Convention held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Club members actively participated in the convention, joining Lions from across the region to celebrate service, leadership, fellowship, and the spirit of “We Serve.”
During the convention, members took part in several activities, including leadership training sessions, the Lions march, fellowship activities, and the election of District Officers. Their strong participation demonstrated the club’s commitment to Lions leadership, personal development, and community service.
A major highlight of the convention was the recognition of the Lions Club of Mukono Host as the Best Club in Diabetic Service Activities. The club was awarded a prestigious trophy in recognition of its outstanding contribution to diabetes awareness and service to the community.
This remarkable achievement was accomplished under the leadership and guidance of Lion Paul Mudduse MJF, whose dedication and leadership helped guide the club to great success in its service activities.
